This notice covers information submitted to the CN Solar Sources inquiry service.

Information collected

We collect the name, email, company, country, product selections and requirements you choose to submit. An inquiry reference, submission time and consent record are stored to manage follow-up. Server security logs may record IP addresses and request information for operational protection.

Purpose and access

Inquiry information is used to assess your requirements and coordinate procurement follow-up. It is accessible to authorised platform administrators. It is not published in the directory or automatically sent to suppliers.

Storage and third parties

The website and database are hosted in the United States. Public editorial images and public product resources may be served from Tencent Cloud object storage. Inquiry records are not stored as public media files. No advertising or analytics cookies are enabled by default; your product shortlist is stored in your browser.

Requests and retention

You can request access, correction or deletion using the inquiry form, quoting your earlier reference. Inquiry records are retained for follow-up and business recordkeeping, subject to applicable obligations. Do not submit payment credentials or sensitive personal information through this form.
