Find residential and commercial energy-storage requirements in one category. Keep energy capacity in kWh separate from power in kW, and qualify the battery, inverter and protection configuration as a complete system.

Before requesting a quote

  • Confirm usable energy, nominal energy, continuous power and discharge limits separately.
  • Request battery chemistry, cycle conditions, controls and installation documentation.
  • Resolve inconsistent units before using a figure for project design.

Buyer questions

Can kW and kWh be compared as the same specification?

No. kW describes power and kWh describes energy. A listing with inconsistent units needs clarification before a system is sized.

What is needed for a storage quotation?

Specify the battery and inverter configuration, manufacturer, shipping requirements and destination-specific documentation.
