A PV project connects site conditions, engineering design, equipment selection, construction and operation. The responsibilities of the owner, designer, EPC contractor and equipment suppliers should remain identifiable throughout that chain.

Read project capacities with their AC or DC basis and distinguish planned, under-construction, grid-connected and operating stages. An award, agreement or equipment shipment is not evidence of completed commissioning.

A useful engineering brief includes location, grid interface, site constraints, capacity basis, scope boundaries and deliverables. Related equipment and project records support discovery, but final design and site safety require qualified project-specific assessment.
